Role Overview

The Client Delivery Lead is a hands‑on, individual contributor who manages a tech domain (billing, finance, communications, etc.) for client projects. The role involves migrating clients onto the Kraken platform or managing long‑term technology requirements, partnering with Kraken’s technology, operational, and product teams to deliver results that meet our clients’ business needs.

The position is European‑based, with projects that can be run from any country; travel is expected as part of the role. It requires a self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments, and who can challenge beliefs while guiding clients through the Kraken way of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the relationship with client counterparts, often product owners and business owners.
- Act as the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation and resolution point with customers for specific domain/product issues.
- Serve as the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken platform.
- Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
- Summarise and articulate client needs,



considerations and timelines internally to enable the ongoing development of the Kraken platform.
- Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
- Challenge the client to think differently about tech development, believing in continuous iteration and deployment.

Qualifications

- Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience in product management and customer journeys.
- Solid understanding of technology and associated trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
- Experience working with complex delivery pipelines for clients.
- Patience and initiative to support clients going through large transformations.
- Time management and a get‑stuff‑done attitude.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are relevant.
- Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market in Spain or another European country is a strong nice‑to‑have.
