Responsibilities

- Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software.
- Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap, including new developments, enhancements, and phase‑outs.
- Prioritize and oversee product development in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Define value propositions per segment and channel to support effective marketing strategies and product launches.
- Continuously improve product management processes and tools such as configurators, training, and lifecycle management.
- Drive cross‑functional innovation initiatives and provide input to R&D; for patents and intellectual property protection.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in product marketing,



product management, or product technology in a technology‑based organization.
- Proven ability to influence and work with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams across geographies and time zones.
- Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.
- Familiarity with medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of fluency in English.

Certifications & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing.
- MBA.
