Responsibilities

- Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams
- Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business
- Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams
- Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities
- Own the SAP BTP layer
- Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries
- Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution
- Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors
- Ensure every open CR has a named owner
- Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing
- Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend
- Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements related to the SAP platform

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



Business Administration, or a related field
- SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred
- Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response
- Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors
- Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level
- Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Demonstrates expertise in SAP platform management, including SAP BTP integrations and compliance with e-invoicing regulations across multiple countries. Proven ability to coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and manage external vendor relationships effectively.
