- Own global operational alert communication—ensuring clarity, consistency, and enablement of timely and effective decision-making across the network.
- Act as a central coordination point for integral requests—reviewing, guiding, structuring consistent responses across all of our offices.
- Shape and continuously improve how we communicate across the global network.
- Drive alignment across functions and regions on standards, priorities, and messaging.
- Enable execution through structured content and tools (e.g. SharePoint, templates, content organization).
- Contribute as an SME to projects and initiatives, bringing solution-oriented thinking and hands-on execution.

Requirements

- Experience in an operational role within specialized logistics (healthcare preferred)
- Strong ability to translate complexity into clear communication and direction




- Experience working across regions, stakeholders, and functions in a global environment
- A structured, proactive mindset with ownership of topics end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to stay flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in maintaining structured, reliable, and up-to-date data
- Curiosity and confidence to learn new tools and ways of working
