R&D; Formulation Senior Supervisor

Job Description

Main Responsabilities

- Ensure the execution of R+D projects in coordination with your work team
- Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks
- Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
- Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.)

- Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies.
- Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.

Minimum requirements:

- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Advance level of English. Advance level of German is a Plus.
- Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products, Personal Wash market or Cosmetics.
- Knowledge of production technology on a mass scale in the FMCG field.
- Knowledge of legislation
- Ability to prepare and lead project meetings
- Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams
- Communication skills, creativity and organisational skills, ability to make decisions independently.
- Presentation skills, ability to present proposals and recommend solutions
