Requirements

- 3-5 years of business development experience
- Strong understanding of Parts & Services businesses and aftermarket operations
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer insights
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Spanish
- A degree in Engineering, Mining, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Willingness to travel within the Sales Area
