Responsibilities and Duties

- Design, build, and lead the master data orchestration and end-to-end data flows and integrations across the technology platform.
- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows that automate master data orchestration, operational tasks, and platform processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, technical designs, and acceptance criteria for the master data management solution.
- Develop, configure, and maintain business process flows in the orchestration tool; perform hands‑on development and implementation of master data solutions.
- Design APIs and integrations between platform components and external systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrations, data flows, environments, and platform configuration.
- Guide and support local country teams through platform setup, localization, and launch activities.
- Document confirmed business processes and technical architecture to serve as reference for development and support teams.
- Coordinate with agile squads and cross‑functional stakeholders to track deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Maintain SDLC compliance: keep documentation, system configuration records, test scripts,



and code repositories updated.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- a minimum of 3-5 years of software engineering / development experience
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands‑on software development experience (e.g., coding, scripting, and API development).
- Hands‑on experience building agentic AI / GenAI solutions and integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI agents into applications and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to capture business needs and translate them into technical solutions (user stories, process flows, and working code).
- Experience working in cross‑functional, self‑organized agile engineering teams.
- Strong skills in end‑to‑end business process mapping and curiosity about the big picture.
- Analytical approach and hands‑on experience designing, developing, and managing APIs and integrations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound technical judgment.
- Passionate about staying up to date with current technology and software engineering trends and best practices.
