Job Description

An opportunity for an Airframe A400M production command has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities

As a member of the management team, you manage, lead, develop and engage a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, respecting the country work legal context.

You drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.

Outputs: Deliver products on time, with quality and cost efficiency, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, respecting the country work legal environment.

Qualifications

- Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and on changing environment. Problem solving.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge in A400M and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA, TLB, etc).
- Office is a must.
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.
