The Senior Executive - HR & Admin position is for someone who has a lot of drive to make things happen both for the business and its employees; has excellent coordination and collaboration abilities and is open to learning.

The Senior Executive - HR & Admin must have knowledge of HR Systems and should have experience in implementing recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management functions, and other HR Systems. He/ She must have a good understanding of the principles of management and should be good at documentation, communication, and teamwork.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Executive - HR & Admin is responsible for overseeing and managing the HRM and administrative functions for Spanish subsidiaries. He/ She is responsible for assisting and implementing the following functions:

- Recruitment and Selection
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management




- HR Policies and Compliance
- Learning and Development
- Administrative Functions
- HR Reporting and Analysis

The Senior Executive - HR & Admin will:

- Partner with recruitment consultants and other relevant stakeholders for recruitment and hiring functions.
- Partner and work with team managers to support organization development activities.
- Interface with various stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs and organize Induction and other training programs
- Support maintenance of attendance & other statutory records.

Minimum Qualifications

- Degree in Industrial Relations/HR
- Experience of independently handling some of the HR Systems
- Preferably 4 to 6 years of experience in HR
