Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead risk assessments and oversee preventive activities across the site. You will coordinate with external prevention services, manage health surveillance, and drive audits and corrective actions. You will develop HSE procedures, train employees, and advise on occupational hazards and chemical safety. Your work supports a safe, compliant site and continuous improvement in safety performance.

- Plan preventive activities in collaboration with external services
- Manage health surveillance of workers
- Coordinate preventive activities with subcontractors
- Oversee internal and external HSE audits monthly
- Communicate and implement corrective/preventive actions from audits
- Elaborate procedures, instructions, and formats within HSE
- Manage and coordinate Occupational Safety and Health Committee
- Direct, coordinate,



and impart HSE training to all employees
- Coordinate hygienic measurements studies and ergonomic improvements with SPA
- Advise personnel on occupational hazards and environmental aspects
- Control and supervise chemical safety data sheets
- Serve as Chemical Expert of the site
- Monitor accident rates and investigate professional diseases
- Oversee Emergency and Evacuation Plan, crisis manual, and drills coordination
- Supply and control PPE distribution
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards by all personnel

Responsabilidades

- Chemical/Engineering University Degree
- Master in Prevention of Labor Risks
- Experience or training in HSE management preferred
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, audits, and safety regulations
- Ability to coordinate with external services and subcontractors
