At HealthTech Bio Actives, S.L.U., we are looking for an R&D; Project Manager to work on the development and scale-up of chemical processes, from the laboratory stage to industrial plant production.

R&D; Project Manager

The R&D; Project Manager role is responsible on the development and scale-up of chemical processes, from the laboratory stage to industrial plant production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize chemical processes.
- Scale up processes to an industrial level.
- Coordinate R&D; laboratory activities.
- Provide technical support to the production plant.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.





Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in process development and scale-up.
- Technical Background: 2+ years of experience in chemical synthesis.
- Languages: High level of English C1 and Spanish.
- Proactivity and analytical thinking.

Desirable Qualifications :

- PhD in Organic Synthesis.
- Experience in ingredients (Pharma/Food), natural extracts, or the use of AI.
