Responsibilities

- Market Screening & Supplier Management
- Follow up and revisit trends and forecast, where applicable (categories and/or markets) identifying risks and opportunities.
- Procurement Process support, on:
- RFP drafting - Definition and Execution of the terms/requirements
- Bidder list definition and pre-qualification process
- Coordination of technical inputs according to project deadlines
- Support on commercial negotiation (i.e contracts)
- Proposal assessment (i.e technical – compliance assessment)
- Support on the awarding recommendation following project and Company requirements
- Others

Requirements

- University degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related is required.
- Written and verbal English communication skills (B1)
- Ability to work under pressure

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in procurement processes, including RFP drafting, bidder pre-qualification, and commercial negotiation. Proficient in market screening and supplier management, with strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.
