Responsibilities

- Analysis of measurement and quality control projects using Machine Vision.
- Evaluation of the optimal lighting technology for each project.
- Design and specification of the image acquisition system: Camera + Optical System.
- Preparation of diagrams describing the project topology for data acquisition, communications, processing, and computing.
- Programming of application modules for image processing.
- Specification of the Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
- Functional testing and debugging of image processing code.
- Commissioning of applications.

Knowledge and Skills





- Knowledge of Machine Vision and Image Processing.
- Knowledge of machine vision hardware: cameras, lenses, communication buses, acquisition cards, etc.
- Knowledge of machine vision software: image processing libraries, vision programming environments, etc.
- Programming in LabVIEW.
- Programming in Visual Studio, C, C#, C++, etc.
- Programming of industrial control applications.
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- 3D data processing.
