- Provide expert technical support to customers and the dealer network, resolving incidents through phone consultations and technical platforms.
- Perform remote diagnostics and technical interventions, contributing to the fast and effective resolution of issues.
- Analyse product quality and reliability, preparing and distributing relevant technical information to the market.
- Develop technical solutions tailored to business and service network needs.
- Provide technical advice to different company departments and deliver specialised training to the dealer network.
- Act as a technical expert in complex cases and accident investigations, representing the company when required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in after-sales service.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training (Advanced Technician), or equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
- Previous experience in workshops, vehicle diagnostics, and repairs.
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools.
- Languages: Native Spanish and English at B2 level. Portuguese and/or German would be a plus.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel. (Truck driving licence is a plus.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive attitude,



autonomy, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- UE permission is required
