Responsibilities

- Integrating product/article data into the systems
- Ensuring data integrity and structuring commercial offers and descriptions to guarantee the accuracy of supplier information.
- Providing reliable data into the article referencing system to enrich and compare with existing data.
- Creating a dedicated database for each campaign to manage integral production and enable the start of the different processes.
- Formatting, consolidating, and standardizing commercial offers and description data to enable sales production.
- Standardizing and integrating key article information into the PIM using data integration tools (references, sizes, designations, colors, barcodes, attributes, prices & stock if required, etc.)
- Ensuring that imported data is compliant with established guidelines and standards, and performing necessary quality checks (including images).




- Communicating with different departments to facilitate sales production (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Management, Buying, Distribution, etc.).
- Ensuring data compliance in the systems and addressing any anomalies identified during production.
- Providing daily reporting of tasks performed.

Requirements

- Rigour and attention to detail.

- Excel skills (proficient).
- Analytical skills.
- Languages: Intermediate level in English and French (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an asset.
