Trablisa is expanding! We are looking for a Junior Engineer with a strong focus on project coordination to join our growing team of 13+ engineers in Spain.

About the Role

- Project & Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technological security projects, ensuring deadlines and technical requirements are met.
- Engineering & Documentation : Create high-quality technical documentation, including system descriptions, calculations, drawings, and detailed engineering layouts.
- Budgeting & Sales Support : Prepare technical budgets, answer customer requirements, and provide technical support to the sales and business development teams.
- International Interaction : Provide customer support in the initial phase of the project. Fluency in English is essential for these international interactions.
- High-Impact Sectors : Work on security projects for relevant customers in sectors such as: Banking, Energy, Critical Infrastructures, Logistics,



and Industry.
- Full-time position.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30h to 17:30h; Fridays from 8:30h to 15:00h.
- Competitive salary based on experience.

Requirements

- Languages: HIGH LEVEL of spoken and written English is required
- Experience : +2 years of professional experience in technical engineering roles or project coordination.
- Education: Technical engineering training in Electronics, Electromechanics, Telecommunications, or similar.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and analytical mindset.

Desired Requirem

- Knowledge in the field of telecommunications and/or security (CCTV, Access Control, Databases, Servers, Networks, etc).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies or tools.
