Reports to Tooling Design Manager

Objective: Technical support to manufacturing and participation in testing activities (planning, execution, and documentation review).

Main Functions and Responsibilities

- Define tooling specifications considering requirements for operation, manufacturing & maintenance in accordance with standards.
- Apply ITP internal and other OEM procedures and instructions for design and validation process including use of NX, SAP and TeamCenter tools/MRP.
- Attend to queries and meetings (internal and external) about tooling, and give support to other areas such as Techpub, Materials, Technical support, Order administration, etc.
- Develop tooling documentation: OMSD, RA, SR, etc.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and participate in testing activities (planning, execution, and documentation review).

Required Profile

- Desirable knowledge in electrical/electronic tooling.
- Advanced/fluent English writing,



listening, and speaking skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and Aerospace materials and related standards.
- Project management knowledge, including sequencing, priority setting, and critical path analysis.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and ERP (CAD, CAM, SAP, Technical Publications, Siemens Teamcenter, etc.).
- Knowledge of common IT tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Outlook, and ERP SAP.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a cross‑functional team.
- Self‑organized, focused, adaptive, and able to prioritize for different projects and priorities during normal business operations.
- Knowledge in model‑based definition.
