Bespoke Projects (Mediterranean Yacht Carpentry, S.L.) builds bespoke interiors and furniture for superyachts and luxury residences. Finish quality is where our reputation lives — and that is where you come in.

The role

We are looking for an experienced finish painter/sprayer (lacquer specialist) to work in our spray booth, applying superyacht-grade coatings on bespoke furniture and interior components.

What you will do

- Spray-apply all types of coatings used in yacht interiors: high-gloss lacquers, matt and satin systems, stains, liquid metal, special-effect finishes
- Full process ownership: surface preparation, priming, sanding between coats, polishing to a flawless high-gloss finish
- Restoration and refinishing of existing yacht furniture (colour matching, repair, re-lacquering)
- Work with marine-industry materials and systems (2K PU, water-based and solvent-based systems)
- Maintain the spray booth, equipment and material stock

What we are looking for





- Solid professional experience as a spray painter/lacquerer in furniture, yachting, automotive or high-end joinery
- Confident with spray-gun application and achieving mirror high-gloss results
- Experience with liquid metal and special finishes, or genuine willingness to master them fast
- Knowledge of restoration techniques: repairs, colour matching, refinishing
- English or Spanish to a working level
- Based in or willing to commute to Cabrera de Mar (Maresme)

Nice to have

- Experience with yacht interior coating systems specifically
- Polishing/buffing expertise
- Driving licence
