Primary Purpose

To carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making and composite applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Composite part manufacture using wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods.
- Work on refit projects, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications.
- Effective multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

- Practical-minded and motivated individual with a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.




- Well-versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials.
- Experience in pre-preg (not essential but interesting).
- No allergies to resins or fibres.
- Proof of legal right to work in Spain.
- Driving licence.
- Adaptable schedule; work hours will be based on business needs.
