Responsibilities

- Monitor workflows and data pipelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Investigate and resolve internal data complaints and operational issues.
- Check schedules for failures and report issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve operational or scheduling problems.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Implement and update hardcoding rules for parsers.
- Fix issues with existing parsers and optimize them for new content sources.
- Configure, validate, and maintain data feeds.
- Apply structured testing before releasing changes.
- Respond to internal and external support cases within SLA times.
- Ensure internal stakeholders receive timely support and issue resolution.

Requirements

- Location: Madrid
- Are currently studying or have recently graduated in a relevant field (Data, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related).
- Are legally authorized to work in Spain as a freelancer (autónomo).
- Available for a long-term commitment (minimum 6 months),



with the intention to transition into a full-time role; this is not a short-term or summer internship.
- Are data-driven with experience using data tools and working with datasets.
- Have an affinity for metadata and understanding of content workflows.
- Enjoy operationally heavy roles and want to grow your career in operations.
- Think in workflows and system dependencies, not just isolated tasks.
- Can configure, validate, and maintain data feeds.
- Apply structured testing before releasing changes.
- Seek continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and operational efficiency.
- Are comfortable working with systems, data pipelines, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Are detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized.
- Are collaborative, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
