You will join a well-established international company based in Hospitalet de Llobregat. For confidentiality reasons, the client's name will not be disclosed during the initial stages of the process.

Responsibilities

- Managing the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process for customers
- Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up)
- Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics
- Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution
- Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes
- Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms
- Working with SAP for order management and customer data




- Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships

Desired Experience

- Customer Service (preferably B2B)
- Order Management / Order-to-Cash processes
- Billing / invoicing
- Experience working with SAP (essential or strong plus)
- Native or near-native level of German, plus advanced English
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage processes and work cross-functionally
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
