Empresa PalmaActiva 8989 is searching for an experienced and organized Construction Site Foreman to oversee daily building operations on site. In this full-time role, you will play an essential part in keeping construction projects on track, coordinating teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and site safety across all building tasks in Mallorca.

In your daily work as a Construction Site Foreman, you will be directly responsible for site coordination and operational monitoring. Your main responsibilities include:

- Coordinating, supervising, and controlling active building works directly on site.
- Managing operational resources efficiently to meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring clear communication between all parties.
- Supervising compliance with safety standards and preventive health rules on site.

To excel in this position, you need practical leadership experience in building construction and the necessary safety accreditations.



What you need to bring:

- Proven experience working as a foreman or supervisor in building construction projects.
- A valid driving license and your own vehicle for local mobility around Palma.
- Completion of the official 20-hour Construction Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course.
- Completion of the Preventive Resource (Recurs Preventiu) training course.
- Valuable asset: Vocational training (FP) in building construction, civil works, or specialized training in construction management.

This position offers a standard full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours per week). The job is located on site in Palma, Mallorca. Salary details are to be negotiated based on your background and qualifications.
