Your role

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guests, ensuring a highly personalized and memorable stay. You will focus on guest satisfaction, loyalty, and emotional connection, elevating every touchpoint of the guest journey.

What you will do

- Create meaningful connections with guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure personalized experiences by understanding guest preferences and needs.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Anticipate guest expectations and exceed them with thoughtful service.
- Coordinate with all departments to deliver seamless and consistent experiences.
- Support VIP guests, repeat clients, and special occasions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-level guest interactions.
- Promote loyalty and enhance the overall guest journey.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.
- Experience handling guest feedback and resolving issues.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit.
