Your role

As a Customer Service Advisor , you’ll deliver excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and email. You’ll help with installations, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers happy and connected!

Your profile

- Fluent in Danish (C2)
- Proficient in English
- Call centre experience
- Communicative & empathetic
- Positive, adaptable & a true team player
- Strong listener with a service-oriented mindset




- Able to handle challenges calmly & professionally

Daily tasks

- Block lost/stolen cards & secure customer data
- Verify identities and answer inquiries
- Handle claims & manage card activations or blocks
- Ensure every customer feels supported and protected
