Functions

- Maintain, monitor, and improve backend IT systems for wind farm deployment and updates.
- Automate system administration tasks to optimize performance, security, and uptime.
- Proactively mitigate security risks through threat monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and security patching.
- Monitor critical infrastructure components such as TLS certificates, storage capacity, and system availability.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
- Develop and implement concepts for infrastructure hardening, observability, and scalability.
- Provide lab support and ensure smooth operation of development and testing environments.

Qualification/Training

- Strong Linux expertise (Debian, Ubuntu, Proxmox).
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Ansible, Bash, Python).
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, LXD).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform,



Ansible).
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (tracing, metrics, logging).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitLab, GitHub).
- Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure Portal & DevOps).
- Proficiency in Cloud-Init and provisioning tools.
- Understanding of software architecture for system reliability.
- Familiarity with MinIO, Apache, Nginx, Ubuntu repositories, and Ansible Galaxies.
- Fluent English skills are required; German and Spanish language skills are a plus.
