We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead and shape the content strategy for an international B2B SaaS environment . This role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on content creation , working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver impactful content across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

- Own the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand messaging.
- Create long‑form and short‑form content , including articles, white papers, customer stories, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content.
- Produce short‑form video content and coordinate external production partners for larger audiovisual projects.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to support campaigns , product launches, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Interview customers and internal stakeholders to transform their expertise into engaging editorial content.
- Measure content performance, coordinate with SEO and external contributors, and optimize content using data‑driven insights.
- Adapt content for international markets (Spain, the U.S., France, Italy, and later the UK and Germany).

Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in content marketing within B2B technology environments such as SaaS, software, data, AI, or similar industries.
- Exceptional writing skills in Spanish and professional‑level English, with proven experience creating long‑form and short‑form B2B content.
- Strong interviewing skills, strategic thinking, hands‑on execution , and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a demonstrable portfolio of B2B content.

Valuable:

- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress or similar CMS platforms , knowledge of SEO and GA4 or Google Search Console, experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Professional written Italian and/or French, and experience adapting content for international markets.
- Salary range: Up to 40k
- Hybrid working model (specifically 3 days per week at the office in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, and 2 days working remotely).
