Qualifications & Requirements

● Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of shipping production AI applications and enforcing engineering standards.

● Standardized Stack Proficiency:

○ Front-end: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.

○ Back-end: Python (FastAPI), REST APIs, async architecture.

○ Data: Relational SQL (PostgreSQL), Elastic Search/Opensearch

○ CI/CD & Infrastructure: Deep practical experience with CI/CD platforms

(GitHub Actions), Docker, serverless/cloud platforms(AWS is a must.)

● AI Governance & Tooling: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embedding models,

● Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional ability to decipher, evaluate, and restructure unstructured code written by AI agents or non-technical builders into compliant enterprise formats.
