As our International Head of Retail, you will be the architect of Mii N's retail experience across Europe. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for 50+ stores, leading a high‑performing team of Area Managers and driving sustainable, profitable growth across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset, someone who thrives in a fast-growing, multicultural environment and is as comfortable presenting to the board as they are walking a shop floor. Based in Barcelona, with approximately 50% Europe travel. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the retail team: manage and mentor Area Managers and Store Managers across all stores, foster collaboration and ensure alignment with company objectives. Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to exceed them while maintaining operational efficiency. Act as the main point of contact and leader for the retail team, ensuring their professional growth and engagement. Develop and execute retail strategies: design and implement strategies to optimize store operations and ensure sustained profitability. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in the retail experience. Support store launches and upgrades: provide support on new store openings and renovations, ensuring on‑time and smooth rollouts.



Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results that meet brand standards. Ensure operational excellence: monitor inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Monitor ongoing training to ensure the retail team is proficient in systems, processes, and customer service excellence. Enhance the store experience: work closely with the marketing team to ensure that every store reflects Mii N's brand image and delivers an exceptional customer journey. Gather customer insights and feedback to continuously improve in‑store experiences. Foster cross‑departmental collaboration: partner with all Mii N departments to align strategy with company objectives. Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, optimize profitability, and align retail objectives with financial goals. Analyze performance metrics: track and analyze KPIs such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and stock turnover, using insights to make data‑driven decisions. Regularly present performance reports to senior management, offering recommendations to improve efficiency and drive results. Champion team development: inspire, train, and mentor the retail team to build a culture of collaboration, motivation,



and high performance. Qualifications Proven retail experience: 5+ years managing multi‑store, multi‑region retail operations. Leadership skills: a proactive leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve goals. Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret KPIs, develop strategies based on data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication skills: fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages considered a plus. Retail expertise: experience in visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer experience management. Tech‑savvy: proficiency in tools like Excel, Outlook, Share Point, and ERP systems. Versátil and adaptable: comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent travel. Additional Qualifications Passion for beauty: interest or experience in the cosmetics industry. International mindset: previous experience managing retail teams across multiple regions. Strategic thinker: experience creating and executing retail strategies aligned with business objectives.
