You will play a key role in shaping how our platforms are built, operated, and continuously improved across a global environment.If you are passionate about building resilient cloud platforms, driving automation, and leading high-performing teams, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a large-scale, international organization.What you do Define and drive the DevOps strategy, architecture, and tooling for Claims & Retail platformsDesign and evolve scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)Lead incident management and root cause analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellenceImplement and enhance monitoring, observability, and performance optimization across applications and platformsDrive automation and CI/CD adoption, improving efficiency and reducing manual effortEnsure security, compliance, and platform stability, applying best practices and modern standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and lead DevOps and platform engineering teams to deliver strategic IT initiativesWhat you bring 10+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or platform engineering, with a strong strategic and hands-on backgroundProven experience designing and managing cloud-based platforms (AWS / Azure) and modern DevOps ecosystemsStrong expertise in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.G., Dynatrace)
