We’re looking for an ambitious full‑stack engineer focused on solving customer problems and building long‑term features at Ashby. At Ashby, you’ll own large portions of our product, drive end‑to‑end projects, write specs, make wireframes, and deliver high‑quality software that improves talent‑acquisition workflows. Responsibilities Own and ship features end‑to‑end, from research and wireframing to implementation and release. Research competitors, write product specifications, and design user interfaces that fit customer needs. Build core engineering components such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and seamless sign‑off workflows. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate high‑level requirements into reliable code. Qualifications Comfortable tackling any part of the stack, from frontend to infrastructure. Experience handling product and technical ambiguity, delivering powerful abstractions and flexibility. Strong balance between speed and quality, delivering high‑quality production deployments.



Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to vet decisions with stakeholders and work cross‑functionally. Motivated to create leverage through automation, abstractions, and tooling.
