Multi-Disciplinary Technology StrategySystems Architecture: Define and oversee the overall system architecture, integrating fluid dynamics, mechanical systems, and electronics to strengthen NovoJet™'s market leadership in high-viscosity jettingSoftware & AI Innovation: Drive development of sophisticated software suites including print management systems and AI-driven nozzle compensation algorithms that enhance print quality and system intelligenceTeam Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a 20-30+ person multidisciplinary engineering organization spanning mechanical, software, firmware, electronics, and materials teams (including remote team members)Technical Authority: Serve as Quantica's technical spokesperson to industrial customers, partners, and investors during critical funding roundsEducation & ExperienceRequired:10+ years of deep-tech engineering experience in fields such as additive manufacturing, inkjet technology, robotics, precision electronics,
