Your potential is our inspiration.## **Where You’ll Make a Difference**- Support the R&D Delivery Systems team in daily laboratory and pilot plant activities.- Assist with sample preparation, basic testing, and routine analyses.- Help maintain equipment, materials, and lab organization.- Participate in small‐scale trials under guidance from senior team members.- Collect and record data in an accurate and reliable manner.- Support technology transfer tasks between lab, pilot plant, and production teams.- Follow safety procedures and good laboratory practices.## **What Makes You the Right Fit**- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology,
