Role Description The CPTO (Chief Product & Technology Officer) / Co-Founder role is a full-time, Remote position, work from home.

This role oversees product vision and technology strategy, aligning them with the company’s mission to build a robust trust layer for human and AI interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product roadmapping, guiding architecture and platform decisions, and coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, product management, and data science.

The CPTO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define priorities, own the lifecycle of AI-driven trust and verification solutions, and ensure secure, scalable, and compliant implementations. This role also involves mentoring technical and product leaders,



fostering a culture of innovation, and establishing metrics to measure product performance and technology excellence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in senior product and technology leadership roles, preferably in AI, cybersecurity, identity, or trust and safety domains.
- Strong background in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven expertise in software engineering leadership, cloud architectures, and building scalable, secure platforms.
- Experience working with AI/ML systems, including model deployment, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between product, engineering, and data functions.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and privacy standards relevant to identity verification and digital trust.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business narratives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a remote environment in Spain and collaborating with distributed teams.
