About the Role

You will join a high‑performing Core Network Engineering team supporting mission‑critical CS and IMS platforms. This role suits an engineer who thrives in complex environments, enjoys deep‑dive troubleshooting, and can collaborate confidently across operations, vendors and engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain Core CS and IMS platforms , ensuring availability, stability and performance.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across voice, signalling and subscriber management services.
- Support software upgrades , network changes and planned maintenance activities.
- Participate in the implementation, validation and acceptance of new functionalities and platforms.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation , procedures and engineering guidelines.
- Coordinate activities with Operations teams, vendors and engineering teams .




- Lead or support the resolution of complex technical incidents and recurring issues.
- Contribute to network evolution, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

- Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering , support or operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English within technical environments.
