This is a senior role for an experienced investment professional who will take ownership of deal processes end-to-end and play a key part in shaping the team’s strategy and portfolio.The PE Partnerships team invests across secondaries, fund commitments (primaries), and co-investments, with secondaries as the core strategy and the BEIS II fund as its flagship vehicle. You’ll lead investment processes end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and represent BlueEarth externally with fund managers and partners.What you’ll doLead end-to-end investment processes, with a primary focus on secondary transactions alongside fund commitments and co-investmentsDrive due diligence, including financial analysis, operational assessment, impact evaluation, and reference checks on fund managersDevelop and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee, including detailed memoranda and risk assessmentsManage and deepen relationships with fund managers,



co-investment partners, and market intermediariesOversee portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting across the PE Partnerships portfolioContribute to the development of investment strategy, including sector focus, geographic allocation, and portfolio constructionMentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their professional development and quality of outputCollaborate across offices and functional teams, including Fund Operations, Legal, and Impact, to drive integrated investment decisionsWhy joinSenior role with direct ownership of investment decisions and strategy inputInternational team, meaningful work, and real autonomy to buildOpportunity to shape the growth of a €1.7 billion impact investment platformUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred6–10 years of experience in private equity, fund-of-funds, secondaries, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of leading investment processesDeep understanding of private equity fund structures, GP economics, and secondary market dynamicsStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsEstablished network of relationships with fund managers, placement agents, and advisors in the PE spacePassion for impact investing and commitment to aligning financial objectives with social and environmental outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Spanish) are a plusAbility to work autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and operate effectively in a lean, high-accountability environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
