As a Senior ERP Finance Functional Lead, you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human. This role sits within the Finance & LEX stream of the Business Solutions team at Opella Digital, a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Sanofi CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully autonomous business in the nearest future. Main Responsibilities Drive the functional transformation of the Finance domain during the global SAP S/4 HANA rollout across multiple countries. Act as the main Finance point of contact, connecting Finance stakeholders, Digital teams, and project leaders. Ensure general process harmonization by applying and protecting the Finance core model and standards. Translate business needs into clear, scalable functional solutions through workshops and collaborative design sessions. Support ERP delivery activities from design to go‑live, including testing phases and hypercare. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure Finance solutions integrate smoothly with other business systems. Contribute to governance, decision‑making, and continuous improvement of the Finance ERP landscape. About you Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least one full‑cycle global SAP S/4 HANA transformation. Hands‑on experience contributing to ERP Finance transformations, ideally in complex or international environments. Deep functional knowledge in Finance Performance & Reporting Controlling – Industrial and Commercial controlling, Accounts to Report (A2 R),



Source to Pay (S2 P), Customer invoicing to cash (CI2 C), ICO & International Flow Management (IFM), Consolidation, Treasury management, Tax Management and Payroll integration. Solid functional understanding of Finance processes and SAP‑based solutions including end‑to‑end Finance flows. Experience with the transition from legacy systems such as SAP CEP or Unity to SAP S/4 HANA Finance. Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules: FI‑GL, FI‑AA, CLM (REFX lease accounting), S/4 HANA Finance (Universal Journal), DRC, Taxes, Period‑end closing, AR, AP, CO integration with FI‑GL. Collaboration and Soft Skills Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and influencing without direct authority. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive topics forward in a structured way. Problem‑solving mindset: approaches challenges analytically and focuses on practical, sustainable solutions. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership. Entrepreneurship & result orientation. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience with integration platforms (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence. Hands‑on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. Exposure to data governance, master data concepts, and reporting tools. Collaboration with Digital Teams: engage with Architecture, Integration, and Data teams to ensure that Finance landscape & applications follow best practices in design, integration patterns, security, and data management; contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture and integration standards.
