In this role, you will act as a key link between security operations, governance teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring that our incident response processes and controls meet the highest regulatory and compliance standards. As a Compliance & Audit Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping and maintaining audit‑ready processes, supporting critical regulatory initiatives such as DORA, and continuously improving how security compliance is embedded across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, contribute to a global transformation, and have a direct impact on how security and compliance are managed at scale within a leading financial services organization.What You DoDefine and manage audit processes end-to-end, including structured evidence gathering, documentation, and preparation of audit‑ready materialsSupport internal and external audit activities targeting the global security incident process and ensure timely delivery of audit evidenceOversee implementation of security controls in collaboration with the IS Governance function and create actionable compliance plansIdentify opportunities for controls automation and continuous monitoringSupport the development and continuous improvement of the global security incident response processContribute by the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.G., DORA)Act as liaison between the ACDC, local/global IT, other InfoSec functions, IS Governance function and third partiesSupport in the compliance process for third party providersCollaborate with the Allianz Group‑wide IT and Information Security communityConsult on local Information Security assurance reviews (logging concepts, security playbooks)What You Bring+5 years of experience in compliance, audit,
