We're looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our team in Malaga, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will design, automate and operate enterprise‑scale cloud platforms that support mission‑critical trading systems for a global hedge fund. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD to drive platform modernization, improve engineering productivity and ensure operational resilience for highly regulated financial environments. Responsibilities Architect, implement and manage cloud‑native platforms on Azure and/or AWS Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks using tools like Git Lab Deploy and optimize Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration systems Develop infrastructure‑as‑code templates (Terraform or similar) for resource management Establish operational observability practices, including monitoring, logging and alerting Identify performance bottlenecks and lead root‑cause analysis for critical incidents Create and integrate automation tools to improve developer productivity and release velocity Ensure security, compliance and high availability across multi‑cloud environments Partner with development teams to design and deliver deployment strategies Contribute to platform reliability engineering and disaster recovery testing Requirements 15+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, Dev Ops or cloud engineering 7+ years in public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS)
