Role Overview:

A student or recent graduate in Sports Science, High Performance Coaching, Tactical Analysis, or Sports Training who wants to gain real-life experience on the field with young international players signed in Spanish Professional football clubs.

We’re looking for a hybrid profile: a mix of coach, analyst, and performance mentor. Someone who can attend a training session, spot tactical errors, and sit down with a player to say: “Here’s what you’re doing well. Here’s what you need to improve. Let’s work on it.”

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend training sessions and official matches of assigned players.
- Analyze individual and team performance (mainly tactical and technical).
- Deliver weekly written reports for each player with observations and improvement areas.
- Hold regular 1-on-1 feedback sessions with players.




- Provide specific exercises or tactical recommendations to enhance their performance.
- Keep the Elite IFM team updated on each player’s evolution.
- Be a reference and guide for the players — on and off the pitch.

Requirements:

- University background in Sports Science, High Performance, Tactical Analysis or similar.
- Minimum UEFA C License (UEFA B or higher is a plus).
- Strong understanding of tactical principles in football.
- Experience as a coach, assistant or analyst.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Availability to travel.
- Confident communication skills to deliver clear and constructive feedback.
- Real passion for football and for helping young athletes grow.
- Driver License is a Plus
