Overview Roche is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery and evolution of Roche Diagnostics’ integral and regional Web Experience and Web Analytics ecosystem. The role enables scalable, compliant, and customer-centric digital experiences across websites, portals, and connected engagement platforms supporting healthcare professionals, laboratories, patients, and consumers. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, drive day-to-day delivery, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards. Strong technical skills in content management systems (CMS) and web development are required. Responsibilities Own and prioritize the backlog for Web Experience & Web Analytics platforms and capabilities. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria. Drive sprint planning, refinement, testing, and release activities in collaboration with development teams. Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements and align with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done. Support day-to-day execution across engineering teams, vendors, and delivery partners. Support the delivery and continuous improvement of global and regional websites and portals, content publishing and localization workflows, search and discoverability capabilities, personalization, analytics, and digital experience optimization. Ensure web capabilities support scalable and reusable content delivery across channels and regions.
Align business priorities with technical feasibility and platform standards. Coordinate delivery and integration activities across platforms (e.G., Adobe Experience Manager and other CMS, DAM, PIM, IAM/SSO, consent management, CDP, CRM, and Marketing Automation). Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and integration approaches. Manage APIs, data flows, metadata, and connected digital services. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, accessible, and compliant with Roche standards and regulations (e.G., GDPR, accessibility, security policies). Coordinate testing, defect management, release readiness, and production validation; identify delivery risksand operational impacts. Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement. Act as the primary day-to-day interface between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors; facilitate cross-functional collaboration and governance processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or similar role.
Proven experience delivering enterprise web platforms, portals, or digital experience ecosystems. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe). Strong collaboration with engineering teams and external development partners. Experience with CMS, DAM, personalization, analytics, and web integration ecosystems. Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and connected digital platform architectures. Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills and Background Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries. Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud; familiarity with Word Press, Drupal. Knowledge of DAM, PIM, consent and identity management platforms, analytics and SEO platforms. Experience supporting multilingual global and regional website ecosystems. Familiarity with accessibility standards, localization workflows, and enterprise web governance. Experience working with distributed global teams and external vendors/system integrators.
