Overview Role: AI Engineering Manager. Type: Permanent. Location: Barcelona or Zürich. As an AI Engineering Manager you will work directly with clients and take ownership of one to many collaborations with the purpose of creating significant value for our client. Responsibilities Ensure outstanding delivery: Lead by example and support the teams you work with Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the client’s needs Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy Focus on stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership Overcome obstacles to unlock real business benefits and ROI for clients Create and continuously monitor value-based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI) Drive and implement corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver value-based solutions Manage delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and internal KPIs Own our clients relationship: Interact with clients to cultivate partnerships, identify new value creation avenues, and propose innovative initiatives Foster a diverse portfolio of clients, develop relationships with key stakeholders,
