At IKIGAI Talent Group , we're partnering with an innovative international technology company looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its growing People team.

You'll partner with managers across Technology, Product and Business teams, helping shape organisational growth while driving key HR initiatives that have a real impact on both people and performance.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Your responsibilities will include

- Partnering with managers on organisational design, workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Coaching leaders on performance management, employee relations and team development.
- Leading onboarding, offboarding and initiatives to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Managing HR operations, including payroll inputs, employee documentation and labour compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with Spanish Employment Law, Social Security regulations and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
- Driving performance review cycles, 360º feedback, talent mapping and career development initiatives.




- Analysing People KPIs such as engagement, turnover and employee satisfaction to support business decisions.
- Supporting compensation and benefits processes aligned with internal salary structures.
- Participating in strategic HR projects focused on culture, engagement and continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone who has...
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner , HR Generalist or similar role.
- Previous experience in a technology company, SaaS business, startup or scale-up environment .
- Solid knowledge of Spanish Labour Law, labour relations and HR administration.
- Experience partnering with managers and supporting business leaders.
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, SAP, Workday, Personio or similar.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
