Working within a friendly, professional and highly successful team you will have the opportunity to progress your career swiftly and take ownership of immediate projects.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.Responsible for pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, and final account.Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.Tendering and procuring:



manage the pre‑qualification stage, produce the tender list, compile preliminaries, analyze tenders, produce tender reports and compile contractual documents.QualificationsA recognized degree qualification.Relevant work experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.Sector experience across real‑estate construction projects.Highly motivated and driven, able to work independently.Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish, with strong report and bid‑writing skills.Equal Opportunity EmploymentTurner & Townsend is an equal‑opportunity employer.
