Trading Operations ensures 24/7 operation, on-time and accurate settlements, correct P&L, efficient capital management, and secure setup.What You’ll DoYou’ll lead the team that keeps the market trading machine humming: trade bookings, P&L, reconciliations, and settlements. You will oversee liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation across multiple exchanges, DeFI trading venues, trading partners, custodians, and banks. You will understand our on- and off-exchange trade requirements and you will build errorproof processes, automate repetitive steps, and set up training. You’ll partner with Trading, Finance, and Risk to validate flows end-to-end, improve visibility, and deliver accurate, timely reporting.
