We are looking to recruit two full‑time, fixed‑term Monitors for our BSB Castelldefels campus to start in September 2026. This position plays a key role in ensuring students’ safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour throughout the school day, with the following key accountabilities: Supervise and support students during lunchtime, promoting healthy eating habits, good hygiene, and positive behaviour. Ensure student safety and wellbeing during break times through active playground supervision and encouragement of inclusive play. Oversee students on the school bus, ensuring safe, orderly behaviour during boarding, travel, and disembarking. Support teachers and students throughout the school day, including transitions, wraparound care, personal care, and assistance with individual student needs. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, attendance monitoring, and supervision across all assigned areas of the school. Who We Are Looking For Native‑level or fluent proficiency in Spanish, with fluency in English. Additional languages will be positively valued. Previous experience in a similar role working with minors is essential.
