Join our expert team to work on an innovative Design initiative, contributing to the development of AI-powered assistants that improve accessibility and productivity across digital product design. You will apply your knowledge of Generative AI, Python, and LLMs to build intelligent workflows that support designers from the earliest stages of product development. Responsibilities Design and develop AI Agents and intelligent workflows while collaborating with UX Designers and Accessibility Specialists. Prototype AI solutions using LLMs, evaluate the most suitable technical approach, and integrate AI capabilities with design tools where applicable. Qualifications Hands‑on experience building AI Agents and LLM‑based applications using Python. Strong knowledge of Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Crew AI or similar AI frameworks. Experience working with Claude or other modern Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering techniques.



Ability to collaborate closely with UX Designers and non‑technical stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions. Advanced English. Experience working with Design, UX, Accessibility or Figma environments is considered a strong advantage. Working Model Hybrid: typically 2 days a week in office, but depends on project and team.
