Maintain solution integrity and governance across RFP/RFI lifecycle. Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework. Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request. Lead multi‑tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains. Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization. Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities. Technical Expertise SD‑WAN, SASE, LAN/WAN. ITSM tools and automation platforms.
