About the Role Webmentix Gmb H is seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/CO Consultant with a strong Legal Domain focus to join our team. In this key role, you will be accountable for the localized financial and controlling product portfolio for all SAP-localized countries. The team is central to ensuring that our SAP Business By Design portfolio remains legally compliant, meeting the rigorous standards required by our general SAP customer base. You will bridge the gap between complex legal/fiscal requirements and software product development, ensuring that our solutions effectively support country-specific tax and financial legislation while leveraging your deep SAP FI/CO expertise. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & Localization: Collect and analyze legal and fiscal changes for localized SAP Business By Design countries; ensure all financial and controlling modules remain compliant with local statutory requirements. Functional Requirements Analysis: Identify and address legal/fiscal changes from a business perspective, translating complex legislation into clear functional specifications for development and content teams. Legislative Liaison: Understand and obtain necessary clarifications from legal and tax authorities concerning regulatory changes when required. Prioritization: Prioritize and share legal/fiscal changes from the country/region with the respective Chief/Area Product Owners (CPO/APO). Backlog Management: Classify financial and fiscal backlogs into appropriate categories (e.G., statutory update, maintenance, or other).



Specification & Documentation: Accountable for the creation of LPM JIRA tickets with detailed legal and fiscal specifications in the Market Requirements Document (MRD) and conducting reviews/clarifications with development and content teams. Validation & Testing: Responsible for verification of FI/CO legal changes in the respective verification tenant (UAT Testing) once development is complete and notifying development teams of bugs. Customer Communication: Notify customers of legal changes and keep status updates current through the Regulatory Change Manager. Content & Language: Validate financial/tax documentation for legal changes, clarify appropriate language terms for UI elements during Language Acceptance Tests, and keep content on the SAP Business By Design Localization Community up-to-date. Issue Resolution: Validate customer concerns raised through finance-related tickets and suggest appropriate next steps to the development team for timely resolution. Required Skills and Experience Primary Skills: SAP FI/CO Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. Localization & Taxation: Extensive knowledge of statutory reporting, IFRS, and international taxation processes. Regulatory Management: Experience managing regulatory and fiscal requirements in a software/ERP environment. SAP ERP Proficiency:



Experience with SAP ERP solutions, preferably SAP Business By Design or S/4 HANA. Language: Professional fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Secondary Skills: Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain a strong professional network with internal development groups, field teams, and external customers. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary. Experience & Qualification Requirements Total Experience: Minimum 12+ years of overall professional experience, preferably with SAP financial accounting and logistics software as an implementation consultant, tax consultant/advisor, or product manager. Implementation Background: In-depth knowledge of customer implementation of Finance modules in any SAP system. Thorough understanding of statutory reporting, IFRS reporting, and other tax topics in Finance. A person who has implemented financials of SAP ERP/S4 Hana/R3/By Design at a customer location is highly desirable. Strategy & Execution: Proven track record in defining, driving, and executing a successful product strategy. Experience in handling complex customer finance issues, team coordination, and stakeholder management. Teamwork: Strong team player in a multi-cultural environment. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field (Mandatory). Eligibility & Work Model Hybrid Structure: 2–3 days onsite in Madrid / Barcelona, Spain.
