We want this person to define and govern the target enterprise architecture for all client-facing channels (digital & assisted) as part of the bank-wide Client Centricity initiative, ensuring alignment across CIB, Commercial, Payments, and Wealth divisions.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels (portals, APIs, mobile, e-trading, assisted digital).Ensure cross-divisional alignment with Client Data and Client Services architecture streams and with Group CTO standards.Evaluate initiatives and programs for architectural compliance and functional coherence with the Client Centricity strategy.Lead architecture governance forums, represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards, and ensure adherence to policy.Drive adoption of shared capabilities (identity, access,
