As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will join our Global Talent Acquisition CoE and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Southern Europe.Based in Barcelona, you will support recruitment activities for our regional operations, including our corporate headquarters in Sant Just Desvern, production facilities in Barcelona, Bilbao, and Cartagena, as well as our teams across France and Italy. Please note: Ideally, you'll need to be based in Barcelona to obtain this job.What You 'll Be DoingAs a memberof our Talent Acquisition team, you will help deliver an exceptional recruitment experience to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners while supporting strategic talent initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and geographies.Partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify and attract the best talent.Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of talent acquisition projects, processes,
